Otronix Co., Ltd.provides customers with
efficient and accurate solutions.

Otronix Co., Ltd.(“Otronix”) aims to provide efficient and accurate solutions to customers with sales of offshore observation equipment, various services, and related products manufactured by our own technology.

Based on 30 years of valuable practical experiences in the field, we deal with basic marine observation equipment ADCP, CTD, various marine sensors, satellite receiving system, and software(Terascan), and ship automation equipment DP, VMS, PMS. And self-developed  automated observation equipment such as AMS and HMS has already been commercialized and used in many research institutes and universities in Korea. Otronix’s unique products include multi-purpose controllers(Aquapro), thermo-hygrometer, and wave gauges, and a number of special –purpose systems have been developed. These include marine observation buoys, autonomous monitoring systems, river flow measurement automation systems, ferry boat observation systems, and etc.

The 2.4 meter marine buoy developed in 1999 as a leader in Korea’s maritime surveying department has acquired marine data from the East Sea, Yellow Sea, and South Sea for the past several years and has transmitted the main data observed through communication equipment such as CDMA(LTE), Inmarsat, Iridium, and etc.

In addition, experiences and technologies accumulated in the ocean have been applied to rivers and dams to develop automated flow measurement systems and to be used for flow monitoring of major rivers. These systems acquire flow data using either an ultrasonic flowmeter, ADCP or a time travel transducer, which is controlled and stored by the Aquapro(multipurpose controller) and transmitted via a land-based wireless network.

Therefore, the business area of Otronix is not only sales of equipment, but also after-sales installation and training, as well as designing and manufacturing customized equipment systems suitable for customer’s purpose. It would be appreciated if you watch Otronix develops together with Korea’s ocean.
